Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate is an American mixed martial artist. She was born August 18 in 1986. She currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) where she is the former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was previously a Strikeforce women's bantamweight champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks in the top 10 in UFC women's bantamweight rankings on October 3, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. She was born in Tacoma, Washington. A tomboy during her youth she was often socializing with the boys of her community at the playgrounds.
